Ingredients:-
For the filling:-
Boiled & mashed
potato-250g
Boiled & mashed
Carrot-150g
French beans-50g
Chopped onion- 1 cup
Chopped tomato-1 cup
Chopped green chilies-3
Coriander powder-1 tea
spoon
Cumin powder-1/2 tea spoon
Garam masala powder-1/2
tea spoon (optional)
Chili powder-1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 tea
spoon
Salt to taste
Oil to stir fry
Ingredients for the
cover:-
15 pieces of fresh bread
Method for the filling:-
1) Heat oil in a pan & throw chopped
onions & stir fry them until onions become translucent.
2) Now add chopped tomato & green
chilies in there. Fry till oil come out from the mixture.
3) Now add chopped beans & continue to
fry for about 5 more minutes.
Then add all the curry powders that I have
mention in the “Ingredients for the filling”.
4) Now fry this about ½ minute & throw
mashed potato & carrot. Fry this about 5 minutes while staring it
thoroughly.
5) Turn off the stove & allow it cool.
Method
for Bread rolls:-
1) Take one bread piece and dip it in a
water bowl & immediately take it out & squeeze out the water.
2) Now place spoon full of mixture on the
middle of the bread piece &overlap one side over the other.
3) Now seal the edges tightly. Likewise
make bread rolls using other bread pieces too.
4) Keep them in the refrigerator for about
1 hour & deep fry them until they become golden brown.
5) Serve them with tomato hot & sour
