Ingredients:-
Onions:-250 g
Yellow Gram Flour:-100g
Red chili powder: - 4 teaspoons
Turmeric:-1 teaspoons
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Eggs: 2 (optional)
Method:-
1) Bring all the Ingredients together &
mix it well.
2) Now make flat patties out of this mixture.
3) Heat 1 table spoon of oil in a non stick
pan & place the Patties on the pan, fry them till edges become golden brown & turn sides, continue to fry till done under law flame.
4) pakodas should turn out crispy.
