Green Banana & Potato Bajji (pakoda)



Ingredients:-                     
Finely chopped green banana
Finely chopped potatoes
Basan powder(chick pee powder)
Baking powder-1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
Method:-
1) Except banana & potatoes mix all other ingredients together.
2) Allow the mixture to rest for a 10 minutes.
3) Now by adding water make a batter.
4) Dip the chopped banana & potatoes in the batter.
5) Deep fry them until they become golden brown.
6) Served them with coconut chutney.

Snacks


Bread Pakoda
Ingredients:-
6 Pieces of bread cut in to triangle shape
Basan (Chick pee powder)-200g
Baking powder1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoons
Chili powder-1/2 tea spoon
Water-1/2 cup
Oil to fry

Method:-
1)    Bring basan, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder & baking soda together. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
2)    Now add water to make a batter.
3)    Now dip the bread pieces in the batter & deep fry them till they become golden brown.
4)    Serve these bread pakoda with the sweet & sour source.
